Designed to combat the load carrying problem for last mile in mountain cities, Toktok is a simple low maintenancce locally producable cart built from cane.
Its simple product placement in the mountain ecosystem makes it valuable over the fanciest hyper-mechanic device.
This is a student graduate project, sponsored by Ms. La and Echostream in Gangtok, Sikkim in NE region of India.
Designed in 2022, for a Live Performing artist to help reduce performance anxiety and also concealing identity using the band's Star Motif as a 3D form inspiration.
It was meant to be 3D printed and lit by RGB LEDs placed at edge of the mask, hiding the face using material interacting light illusions.
